Private AI systems
Local model infrastructure and knowledge workflows designed to keep sensitive work under direct control.
Developing organization
Kraken Systems is an independent, founder-led AI systems, automation, and digital-operations platform in active development — research compute, model serving, fleet operations, and the systems work that keeps it running.
Why Kraken exists
Kraken began with retired workstations, old mining hardware, marketplace finds, and used components that still had useful life.
Those machines became a multi-node local AI environment for research, documentation, translation, source checking, software development, system recovery, and coordinated agent work. The objective is not to automate people out of responsibility. It is to give people stronger tools while keeping authority, evidence, and judgment in human hands.
Present and future
Today, Kraken Systems is a human-directed ecosystem of specialized AI agents, local computing nodes, automation tools, and persistent knowledge systems.
Coordinated agent support helps research, organize, build, audit, maintain, and advance complex projects—including digital-secretary support, software and infrastructure work, website design and management, content production, SEO, monitoring, and operational coordination.
Its long-term goal is a trusted, increasingly autonomous digital operations platform: a system capable of understanding objectives, coordinating specialists, managing ongoing work, maintaining institutional memory, and helping operate both digital and physical projects with human oversight. Inspired by the idea of a JARVIS-like digital operations partner—unaffiliated with any trademark owner—built around human authority, transparent controls, privacy, verification, and real-world usefulness.
How the system fits together
Developing capabilities
Local model infrastructure and knowledge workflows designed to keep sensitive work under direct control.
Agents that assist with correspondence, records, scheduling, research coordination, summaries, and decision packets—while remembering long-running project context.
Specialized agents for engineering, operations, research, quality assurance, security review, content, and monitoring—producing, challenging, and validating one another's work.
Planning, design, frontend development, accessibility, browser testing, hosting evaluation, deployment preparation, monitoring, and ongoing site management.
Search-focused architecture, structured metadata, crawlability review, content planning, and measured improvement—without ranking or revenue guarantees.
Human-governed agents for research, organization, communication, testing, monitoring, and repeatable workflows.

A developing Family Separation Support and Reconnection Initiative.
Project KATIA grew from lived experience with prolonged family separation and the belief that technology should help children remain connected to the people who love them—not replace families, professionals, or human judgment. The people behind the work stay private, by design.
Understand the missionHardware reuse and equipment partnerships
Kraken can put selected servers, GPUs, workstations, storage, networking, power protection, rack equipment, and repairable systems back to work in local AI research, public technical documentation, and Project KATIA development.
