This Phase 0 site is designed as a static public website with minimal data collection.
Current collection
The website does not currently provide user accounts, comments, uploads, case intake, payment, or a contact form. Contact links open the visitor’s email application. Any email sent is handled by the relevant email provider and should not contain sensitive records.
Hosting logs
The hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical information required to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested pages, under their own terms and policies.
Analytics
Privacy-oriented web analytics may be enabled after review. This notice must be updated before analytics activation. Kraken will not add behavioral advertising trackers or sell visitor data.
Project KATIA
No public child or family case intake exists. Do not submit legal, medical, educational, immigration, identity, passport, location, or other sensitive records through public contact routes.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the site adds a domain, analytics, forms, accounts, services, or new data practices. Material changes require privacy review and approval.
