This page distinguishes what Kraken Systems is today from what it intends to become.
Kraken Systems is an early-stage, founder-led initiative in active development. It is not currently incorporated, and it is not a nonprofit, charity, or tax-exempt organization. It holds no certifications and claims no institutional endorsement. Hardware donations are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.
Kraken Systems is not currently a nonprofit, tax-exempt charity, or 501(c)(3). Equipment support is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation.
Kraken operates active self-hosted infrastructure and is developing service capabilities. A listed capability is not automatically a claim of general availability, certification, or guaranteed outcome.
Agents assist with research, organization, testing, documentation, and proposals. Humans retain authority for publication, credentials, money, legal claims, destructive actions, and sensitive records.
Project KATIA is in founding, research, partnership-development, and prototype-planning stages. It is not currently an emergency, legal, clinical, investigative, or case-management service.
Katia’s Law is a policy proposal under development. It is not enacted law, an official government program, or an endorsed legislative measure.
Kraken intends to correct material errors promptly. Public claims should be traceable to evidence, approval, and a recorded update.
