Human-directed Agent Operations

Kraken uses specialized agents for bounded roles such as coordination, web implementation, build tooling, knowledge organization, factual validation, security review, business analysis, and performance research.

Agents work through task IDs, evidence, review gates, and stop conditions. They do not receive blanket authority to publish, spend money, expose credentials, change legal claims, perform destructive actions, or handle private records without approval.

For the website, the required flow is branch → tests → preview → internal review → independent factual validation → security gate → operator recommendation → human approval when required → production.
