Current status
Section titled “Current status”Kraken Systems is an early-stage, founder-led initiative in active development. It is not currently incorporated, and it is not a nonprofit, charity, or tax-exempt organization. It holds no certifications and claims no institutional endorsement. Hardware donations are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.
Kraken Systems is not currently represented as:
- an LLC or corporation;
- a registered California company;
- a nonprofit or charity;
- a tax-exempt or 501(c)(3) organization;
- government-endorsed;
- professionally licensed in fields where a license is required.
Contributions
Section titled “Contributions”Equipment support is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation. Contributors should use their own legal, accounting, tax, security, and equipment-disposition procedures.
Future changes
Section titled “Future changes”When the organization’s legal status changes, this page and the public transparency notice must be updated with the effective date and verified filing information.
