Public Build Records
A public build record should include:
- date;
- objective;
- project or system;
- public-safe method;
- result;
- limitations;
- next step;
- reviewer or approval state.
It must exclude credentials, internal addresses, exploitable topology, private paths, raw logs, serial numbers, unpublished partner information, and family/case records.
A failed test is valid evidence. It should not be rewritten as success.
